Loyalty Program
Configuration Guideline
Purpose
This document provides guidance on how to configure and manage the Loyalty Program, including the creation of trenches, point accrual logic, and bonus redemption. The objective is to ensure consistency, transparency, and proper alignment between points, customer tiers, and rewards.
Overview
The Loyalty Program categorizes customers based on lifetime points. Points are earned through wagering activity and can later be redeemed for bonuses. Trenches define customer tiers, while conversion rates and multipliers determine how points are accumulated across products.

Trench configuration
-
Trench definition
Trenches represent customer tiers based on accumulated lifetime points. Each trench must be configured with the following elements:
Trench name
The identifier of the customer tier, such as Diamond or Elite.
Minimum lifetime points
The minimum number of points required for a customer to qualify for the trench.
Point conversion rate
Defines how points are earned per currency unit. For example, a rate of 3 points per USD means that each 1 USD wagered earns 3 points.
Expiration settings (optional)
Defines whether points expire after a defined period or remain valid indefinitely.
Product and multiplier configuration
-
Eligible products
Select the products that contribute to point accumulation, such as Pre-match, In-Play, or Casino.
-
Multipliers
Each product may have a multiplier applied to adjust point earnings.
Example: if a customer wins 50 USD and the base rate is 3 points per USD, the customer earns 150 points before multipliers are applied.
Bonus redemption configuration
-
Bonus structure
Points are redeemed in exchange for bonuses.
The bonus configuration follows the same structure as standard bonuses, including sports type, rollover requirements, and impacted products.
The key difference is that bonuses are redeemed using points rather than deposits or manual assignment.
-
Point cost per currency
Define the number of points required per currency unit of bonus value.
Example: if the configuration is set to 10 points per 1 USD, a 250 USD bonus requires 2,500 points.
-
Minimum redemption threshold
Configure a minimum number of points required for redemption.
This prevents the redemption of very small bonus amounts and ensures operational consistency.
Customer progression logic
Higher trenches require progressively higher lifetime point thresholds.
This structure incentivizes long-term engagement by encouraging customers to accumulate points in order to unlock higher tiers and improved rewards.
